Information we collect
When you request a Financial Intelligence Blueprint, we collect the contact, organisation and project-context information you choose to provide. We also receive basic technical information necessary to operate and secure the website.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to evaluate your requirements, respond to you, plan a potential engagement, protect the website from abuse and maintain an accountable record of business conversations. We do not sell enquiry information.
Nexus research chat
Questions submitted to Nexus Chat are processed to generate the requested research response and may be sent to the configured AI model provider. The current website does not save Nexus Chat conversation history to browser storage or the FundTex lead database. Do not submit account credentials, government identifiers or other sensitive personal information in research prompts. Provider-side processing and retention depend on the production model-provider configuration and applicable provider terms.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in secured infrastructure and are accessible only to authorised FundTex personnel who need them for the purposes above. We retain records only for as long as reasonably necessary for business, security and legal purposes.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete enquiry information, or withdraw from further communication, by writing to fundedtex@gmail.com. Applicable legal retention obligations may still apply.
